I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the manager at a particular McDonald's location. The encounter I had with this manager left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Here are the reasons why I believe this manager's performance was abysmal.
The manager displayed a shocking lack of professionalism throughout the interaction. They were dismissive and unresponsive to my concerns, showing a complete disregard for customer service. Instead of addressing my issue with empathy and understanding, they seemed disinterested and unwilling to assist.
The manager's communication skills were sorely lacking. They failed to provide clear and concise information, leaving me confused and frustrated. Instead of actively listening to my concerns, they interrupted me and failed to provide satisfactory explanations or solutions. This lack of effective communication only exacerbated the problem and left me feeling unheard.
When I approached the manager with a legitimate complaint, they failed to take appropriate action to resolve the issue. They showed a complete lack of accountability and responsibility for the poor service I experienced. Instead of offering a solution or compensating for the inconvenience caused, they brushed off my concerns, leaving the problem unresolved.
The manager's conduct during our interaction was unprofessional and disrespectful. They displayed a condescending attitude and spoke to me in a dismissive and demeaning manner. This behavior is completely unacceptable and does not align with the values of customer service and respect that McDonald's should uphold.
A good manager should prioritize the satisfaction and needs of the customers. However, this manager seemed more interested in avoiding accountability than in providing a positive customer experience. They failed to recognize the importance of addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively, which is a fundamental aspect of quality management.
In conclusion, my encounter with this particular manager at McDonald's was incredibly disappointing. Their lack of professionalism, ineffective communication, inadequate problem resolution, unprofessional conduct, and failure to address customer needs demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I arrived at 12:00 noon because I received an order from Uber. At the entrance there were two other girls suppliers who did not let them in. I asked if you could check my order if it was ready, she checked and told me it was not ready yet, I looked inside the window and saw that there were six people suppliers in the same temporarily two of these six people took their orders and left, then the two girls came in and another supplier came out and I had to come in, I went in and one of the women told me I couldn't come in because my order wasn't ready. I was outraged by the answer and asked (WHAT'S HAPPENING) nothing was answered and they went inside, then another supplier came out and I went in, I told them I would write a complaint because I am not a dog to stand outside. Then I sat on one of the tables and one of my wives made a stern remark with a very bad expression on his face to remove the delivery bag from the table on the chair, the behavior of the elderly lady was strict and frightening. The story does not end here because when I took the order my rating was taken from them, I took the first order and came back for a second order from the same Mc Donald's, I took the second order and they lowered my rating again, I took a third order, and they lowered my rating three times in a row. NB... Further to the above, I've had the worst possible experience with this "restaurant" today. Ordered delivery with Just Eat for breakfast. No driver arrived so I called the above Macdonalds. I was informed that they didn't have pancakes (even though they took the money for them online) so I asked to cancel the order. Was told I had to cancel through Just Eat. This is near on impossible unless you text to online chat.
Driver then arrived 10 minutes later with 1 item. I sent it back with the driver as I wasn't going to Eat a McMuffin and tell my son he's got nothing. I then called the Daybrook Macdonalds and after ringing them 9 times, I managed to get through to a so called 'Manager. Whilst I understand that Macdonalds as a corporation have somewhat very good management training, the woman I spoke to had obviously not been on the course. She kept trying to put the blame on me by saying that I should have cancelled on the App (near on impossible to do). When I asked her to explain how they can send out a part order and still charge the same amount, she tried to avoid answering. I asked for her name and she said she wasn't comfortable giving her name out. She then gave me her salaries managers name and then hung up on me.
