I have used them for years but I have only just been let down. It wasn’t a very good pizza which was only followed by terrible customer service when I raised my concern about the lack of tomato base and toppings. On the first point of contact I was treated with discontent. I must admit that I was afford food to replace my food but me and my brother was feeling sick so declined. I did suggest that I return the food that wasn’t eaten for a refund which they said they would do but unfortunately my brother was feeling so bad he wanted to leave and go to bed. ordered from this place for years, always had good service with great food. tried to order some food today for takeaway and was told I had already placed an order from my phone. after repeatedly telling them this can't be true the manager kept questioning via a member of staff in the back ground. ended up in a heated argument....I will never order from this place again....
