Domino's Pizza - Gloucester - Central — Restaurant in Gloucester

Just received an offer from domino,s but felt I need to say why I will never buy a pizza from them again. When you collect your pizzas they look ok but when you bite into them you realise that the franchise model isn’t working due to the fact that the pizzas are very bad to eat. They have way too much tomato base on them and an extreme lack of cheese so all you taste is tomato. Also the crust is now about an inch and a half deep so you just end up eating pizza base for about 25% of your food. I get it, I know why this is happening its like most places at the moment trying to cut the costs in every area they can to make a profit. The problem with is will be very evident when the customer realises that the product just isn’t any good anymore. I prefer a pizza made well, less tomato more cheese all the way to the edges of the crust. I’d be willing to pay more for this product because it would taste so much better. Until domino’s sorts this out I won’t be buying from any...

Absolutely snapped! They made me wait nearly 1 hour to get my order correct. The 1st time, it wasn't even made, so they wanted to put it through again, I showed them my bank statement that the first payment went through. Then I waited again. My name on the screen said Ready, so I asked if I could collect it. The person completely ignored me and carried on with stacking boxes. Continued to serve other people while being completely oblivious to me. Then another person said it hasn't been prepared...

It had taken 3 attempts to get a pizza and wedges. That's not the worst part. Dominos offered me a refund for the inconvenience, I got my money back, THEN, the next day they took it back from me. I can't believe how much they've mugged me off.

The WORST customer service I have ever...

I've ordered a Milano pizza (from st Oswalds Domino's) like we always do and this time it was so spicy, although on the website on the description box there's no sign of a spicy ingredient (you have the chilli infused oil if you choose to make it spicy). So I rang them up and explain what happened and the person over the phone was trying to convince me it's my fault somehow! Very rude! I've taken the pizza to them and I've asked them to actually try it on to see how spicy it was, they've offered me another one but still, the hassle of me going back and forth ruined our lunch time and the quality of the customer services very poorly, like I've mentioned above we always use to order this pizza once in a while and never...
