Hi pevious meals have been very good.This set meal for two was cold the duck was hiding and the egg fried rice was missing the egg {hiding with the duck} It cost just under 19 pounds my may complaint was we had a meal that was sub standard mainly onion lacking meat, cold and tough.The lady who took my complaint said she would take note. Not sorry that you did not enjoy the food, went on about past good comments. with but a meal if not up to standard should be compensated even with a sorry,You would not expect to pay in a sit down restaurant for cold and inferior food.When I said is that all you have to say she said yes you wont get anything else. even a discount off the next meal will have sweetened the spoilt evening.A poor meal does put dampners on a good night. As stated have enjoyed good meals in the past would I use them again not unless they adopt different complaints policy.She stated that the special has less meat and smaller portions than the regular meals no mention of this...

The owner of this business & owner of alleatapp are paying for fake reviews, read the reviews - a 2 year old can see they are fake reviews, is it because they are afraid their customers will get food poisoning ? because genuine businesses dont have to pay for fake reviews., & the people who have actually bought from them have left terrible reviews.

Ordered salt and pepper chips, chicken chow mein, chicken with garlic and chilli sauce and a curry sauce. It also come with free prawn crackers.

The chow mein and the salt and pepper chips were just "ok" but the curry sauce was too thick to pour out of the tub so I had to put a little boiling water into it to make it pour.

The chicken in garlic and chilli sauce was not very good, the sauce was hot and tasted good but the chicken was cold in the middle, it was cooked but obviously reheated and not done properly.

I won't order again, simple changes could make this place alot better, I mean they can't make a curry...
