I mean I get its new, but to wait about 15 mins for 20 chicken nuggets and 2 double cheeseburgers is a joke. The nuggets were extremely fresh, which is great, but it seems like I was told to drive to the next window and forgotten about, while about 4 other cars of 3 or 4 people drove around me with their meals. Also I've got 3 20 nugget boxes since this place opened, I only got my bbq sauces once and that's because I asked for them. I also got some cheese bites and never got my spicy tomato sauce pot with them either. Also some of the mcmuffins/burgers wernt being wrapped properly so they were falling out while in the bag (referring to the new Brockhurst mcdonalds) Next visit: Decided to get me and my nephew breakfast, paid for a large double sausage and eggcmuffin meal, got given a single sausage and egg mcmuffin. The price of a large double meal is £3.99. Attaching picture with food and receipt

Decided to avoid the drive through due to the horrendous queue, so I went in store to order my mcflurry. After waiting about 13 minutes for my single item I was a bit annoyed to see it had clearly been sitting for sometime due to the melting that was taking place. I was even more annoyed with the sauce, or the lack thereof. It was unceremoniously dumped in front of me without so much as an apology or a kiss my McNuggets. I appreciate the store was busy, but I wasnt McLovin it or McHappy with my McCrappy McFlurry.

This place is such a joke and the staff that work here are completely brain-dead. They always forget something then when you go back to get it that requires a massive investigation, arguement between staff then finally you get what they missed. Other highlights include closing the store regularly without notice due to "technical problems" with staff sat in the play area smoking weed

Have used the drive thru many times, my experiences are not particularly great.

Service is generally very slow even when not busy.

Food on most occasions is luke warm at best, certainly not always freshly cooked to order, that's for sure.

Quite often products are not available, especially milkshakes, which have to be one of the worst milkshakes of any McDonald's I've been to, bar one. The milkshakes are not anything like the frozen, almost ice cream like shakes that are found generally in most McDonald's branches. The shakes here are a scam, they are ½ to ¾ filled paper cups of whipped air with a bit of flavouring. The products consistency is akin to foam, and upon lifting the cup you do wonder if there is anything in the cup at all, as it's so lightweight.

I think the reason for the substandards are because the branch is a franchise, the owner possibly cuts corners and skimps on product as much as possible in order to enhance the profits flowing directly into his/her pockets.

Restaurants that are actually run by McDonald's are in my experience are much better, the franchises always seem to be poorly staffed, serving terribly cooked food and products that are either diluted or not the full standard of portion/product size.

Unfortunately, I can't really say much that's good about this restaurant, its consistently been pretty bad since it opened a few years back, I can't see it improving under it's current...

First time going there after the closure of the branch in town. I understand going at a busy time some things may take a while. The first issue was the food, the burgers and fries were room temperature at best and we ate in!! The fries were rubbery and tasteless. The milkshake had clearly changed as I don’t think it has any dairy in it, it was powdery and had a consistency of foam. The worse part was the cleanliness, it was busy but there was only one lady cleaning. The tables were filthy, the floor has food all over it and the bins were over flowing. I felt sorry for the cleaner, I guess the manger approached her and told her to hurry up but despite being with three other younger employees didn’t get them to help her. They went to stand behind the counter. So obviously the cleaner got angry but instead of saying anything she got nasty with the customers. A young dad was trying to teach his daughter how to clear the tray after the meal, he could of just left it on the table like everybody else seemed to do, but he tried to do the right thing only to get told to move out the way whilst having the tray snatched out of the daughters hand. It seems to be poorly run and I for one will not be going back...

High street store now closed. New one in Brockhurst is awful. Poor road layout on approach. You have to walk through the kids play area next to the outdoor seating which is tightly packed against the building. More thought has gone into the drive thru aspect than any kind of aesthetics. A builder in a hurry will appreciate it . As a sit down diner you're faced with the touch screen experience as there are no humans in sight apart from a cleaner. There are number tags to place on your table if you wish to be served there. The trouble is the tag numbers appear to start from 111 upwards which didn't correspond to my order number. Just a little bit annoying. It took 3 times longer using this process than facing a human. I think you got it all wrong MacDonalds. I won't be going back. My previous experience in the old High Street restaurant was always good. Decent and efficient service and in town centre. If you think this move will be of benefit to Gosport and yourselves you are sadly mistaken. Time will tell. I dread to think what it will be like when the whole park is open, middle of summer, with people trying to squeeze past the tables and play area, trying to get in....
