Mine and my partners experiences vary wildly from each visit. Some days the food is put together well (ie burger doesn't fall apart) and other days the food is thrown together. But almost always we are made to wait in a parking bay. Every vehicle we see in front of, or behind us is made to wait for their food, and this could be for a small single meal order... My partner and I had to wait 30mins for two burger meals on our last visit, and we just cannot fathom why. This is a fast food restaurant. We have seen that sometimes the staff will be conversing and not working to the best of their ability, as we have spotted several times through the drive thru window. We don't want to be horrible people and say that the workers should never speak to one another or not enjoy their work, but when service is affected this much, something needs to change. 3 stars, because sometimes the food and service is great, other times not so much. But still by far NOT the worst Burger King or Fast Food place...
Read moreI normally have good things to say about this branch of Burger King but today was not so good. There was a wait for the food after ordering via the drive thru. This is normal but today I waited a little longer than normal. Not a big deal as I'm hardly ever in a rush these days. When my order was brought to me one item was wrong and needed to be replaced. Again no big deal as we all make mistakes and this one is easily resolved. No, the biggest issue today was that my food was served cold and was even colder by the time the replacement item arrived. Luckily I was going home and able to reheat the food in the microwave. I've marked down to four stars because of everything that wasn't right today. Read moreA very disappointing trip to Burger King. Ordered from the app, went to the counter when I got there as instructed but had to wait in store for over 30 minutes for my food. Several people with family orders were waiting similar times but the customers who ordered a couple of things were prioritised. I could even see my burgers waiting under the heat lamp five minutes after I got there. (Special requests)
I had to ask for my food four times before I finally had someone take my order again and make sure it was made for me. Thanks to that member of staff or I would still be there now.
The manager blamed having too many new starters on the shift which I sympathise with but don’t rota a shift full of new starters on a Friday night, at the end of the month when people get paid.
