Delight Express pizza — Restaurant in Great Britain

I ordered food for 2 people of an Hawaiian burger and chicken fillet burger, chips, icecream and a drink. I was staying at a hotel only 0.6miles away with several outside buildings so not internally in a main building. I specifically put which building to deliver too. Firstly the delivery guy refused to deliver at the building when he arrived 55 mins later. Despite stressing that This is what I put on the order, he refused and saud I'd have to come to the main reception building so I had to get dressed and walk in the dark in the early hours across to reception where he was no where to be seen. I stood outside the main building bewildered as to where he had gone. He was still sat in his car at the entrance of the car park and refused to come despite no barrier. He left me standing there for a few minutes before telling me who he was. When I complained about him not delivering to the address he gave me back chat and was rude. The premises had already rang earlier to change the ice cream to cheesecake as they didn't have any left. I took the order and walked all the way back only to discover that he had given us the wrong order. I rang there's away and informed who offered only a passing apology "sorry about that we will contact driver". I told them the food will now be cold as the wrong order was cold and ours would be even colder. He told me not to assume it and basically had attitude. No offer of any partial refund or anything extra and was intact rude. When the delivery guy returned and this time did come to the requested building , did not offer any apology or any indication of it being his error and didn't even speak to me other than exchange the orders. When I got back to my room the cheesecake was inedible as was still totally frozen. The fillet chicken burger was not a fillet but the minced processes one and this only filled half the bap. No exaggeration. All the food was cold and chips tasted like they had been reheated and were also very cold. I would not recommend this place at any level. We ordered chicken meal and calzone. Let's start with the better one: calzone - we ate two pieces of it. It didn't look like calzone, it didn't taste like calzone, it had something inside that was supposed to be chicken but looked like cubed dog food. And the chicken - fried probably in too hot oil because its breading (or whatever it was, not a usual coating anyway) was so overfried it was almost black and so hard, but inside it wasn't cooked - meat was chewy and it was not coming of the bone, plus it probably had more fat and skin on it than the actual meat. It made us feel sick until day after. I've been reluctant to order from here for a while as they went downhill a couple of years back but they have either changed management or got their act together as today's order was spot on. I live close to the establishment and my order was delivered early and was hot and tasty. One star knocked off because the burger bun wasn't toasted and fell apart and the grilled onions needed more cooking. Will try a pizza next time and see how that works out.
