I'd give 3.5 if I could, just because this was a really mixed bag. Food - some great, some not so great. We were a table of four and we had starters and mains. If you like pub classics I think you'll really enjoy the food. I just found it quite pricey for what we got, and I do appreciate that costs in general have gone up. However, when I eat out, I want something better than I can make (and to be clear, I am not a chef). Service - again, some great, some fairly hopeless.... Atmosphere - it was the day before Mother's Day and heaving. But it was a strange mix of families and rowdy groups of men which just didn't seem compatible. We had a booth near the door, but I still found it very noisy. Anyone with a hearing impairment would struggle in this environment. So... I don't think I'd be going out of my way to return, but if someone else wanted to go I'd give it another try.

It was a really nice pub and friendly staff. We were in a hurry and wanted to grab lunch. Ordered 2 dishes that could be served quickly so we could be on our way. Sausage and Mash and Chilli Fries. Food was nice no doubt. But we had to wait nearly half an hour to be served. It seemed that the place was understaffed and the team was just about coping. So their friendly and welcoming attitude was greatly appreciated. There is parking on site, the menu is varied with restaurant and bar snacks options. Great place, just go with time on your hands so you can enjoy the experience, atmosphere and the vibe.

Wow first time at The Craddock Arms and it was brilliant went on a day with good weather so opted to sit outside the inside of the pub looked really nice and clean with really comfy seats. The outside was done up with bench and tables. Lots of choice of beer wine and alcohol as you'd expect. The food was brilliant one of the best Sunday lunches I have had amazing loads on your plate tasted amazing. Had a astarter as well and was different and taste fantastic. Highly recommended this pub for a Sunday lunch will come back

I am facially disfigured and have a rather large prosthesis instead of a left cheek. I have to use a syringe to drink, dribble constantly, and cannot eat. I joined my family for a meal here to celebrate my father's life, and the wonderful waiter saw that I used my napkin to wipe away my dribble as I was drinking via syringe. Instead of me having to ask, he anticipated my needs and brought me extra napkins. This is the only time this has ever happened when out and about, and it made me feel so much more welcomed and accepted. My family thoroughly enjoyed their meals and said the food was delicious. It was well presented and the menu had vegan, vegetarian, gluten, and dairy free options. Everyone had happy full tummies, and it was a lovely way to commemorate Daddy's passing before my brother's family returned home to Madrid. The atmosphere was friendly and jovial, and the staff attentive and helpful. It felt like it didn't matter that I have such an obvious disfigurement, I was just another patron. This is the first time in 8 years, I've felt like this when out and we'll definitely be...

First of all car park full even at 6.15 Sat evening and only just managed to get parked up by our allocated booking. Welcome was great and all staff were attentive but lost a point for clearing up other diners plates sat at the table and reaching over me whilst I was still eating in which I found very rude. Food choice wasn't plentiful and appeared mediocre and over priced for what it was. All meals came out and looked like they were from a Saturday cheap dinner cafe apart from mine.I had a meal from the specials menu but certainly wasn't worth Β£19 for what looked like a very small piece of chicken and was dry as slightly overcooked. The pub was very full and very noisy and looked very overcrowded and we couldn't even hear each other speak in our little booth and populated by alot of students and young adults and children running where they could and shouting. This should've been a nice birthday celebration but sadly the atmosphere wasn't nice so we had our meal then paid and had drinks elsewhere. Certainly will not be recommending here...

Took my Nephews here for Sunday lunch couple weeks back & it was fantastic. Food was amazing, especially Cauliflower Cheese! Roast Beef was to die for, tats & veg tender & youngest 10 year old Nephew had Seabass for 1st time & loved it. Service brilliant. Staff excellent, especially the fella who jested with my 13 year old Nephew about dress standards in the pub as he had a Man City top on & rightly told him Leicester City only! πŸ˜„πŸ˜„ Loved the vibe of the place. Clean, cosy. In fact my original booking was for 4 & at the last minute I requested 2 extra places & they sorted it out without any fuss πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ» I hadn't been to the Craddock for many years now as I live in London but rest assured I will be swinging by for a pint & grub each time I return home. Even bumped into an old pal John Duffy (his local) who I hadn't seen for years. I think he thight he saw a ghost when I strolled in. Thanks to all staff who looked after us. Marvellous πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ₯‚ see you again over the...
