I am facially disfigured and have a rather large prosthesis instead of a left cheek. I have to use a syringe to drink, dribble constantly, and cannot eat. I joined my family for a meal here to celebrate my father's life, and the wonderful waiter saw that I used my napkin to wipe away my dribble as I was drinking via syringe. Instead of me having to ask, he anticipated my needs and brought me extra napkins. This is the only time this has ever happened when out and about, and it made me feel so much more welcomed and accepted. My family thoroughly enjoyed their meals and said the food was delicious. It was well presented and the menu had vegan, vegetarian, gluten, and dairy free options. Everyone had happy full tummies, and it was a lovely way to commemorate Daddy's passing before my brother's family returned home to Madrid. The atmosphere was friendly and jovial, and the staff attentive and helpful. It felt like it didn't matter that I have such an obvious disfigurement, I was just another patron. This is the first time in 8 years, I've felt like this when out and we'll definitely be...

Welcome was great and all staff were attentive but lost a point for clearing up other diners plates sat at the table and reaching over me whilst I was still eating in which I found very rude. Food choice wasn't plentiful and appeared mediocre and over priced for what it was. All meals came out and looked like they were from a Saturday cheap dinner cafe apart from mine.I had a meal from the specials menu but certainly wasn't worth Β£19 for what looked like a very small piece of chicken and was dry as slightly overcooked. The pub was very full and very noisy and looked very overcrowded and we couldn't even hear each other speak in our little booth and populated by alot of students and young adults and children running where they could and shouting. This should've been a nice birthday celebration but sadly the atmosphere wasn't nice so we had our meal then paid and had drinks elsewhere. Certainly will not be recommending here...

Roast Beef was to die for, tats & veg tender & youngest 10 year old Nephew had Seabass for 1st time & loved it. Service brilliant. Staff excellent, especially the fella who jested with my 13 year old Nephew about dress standards in the pub as he had a Man City top on & rightly told him Leicester City only! ππ Loved the vibe of the place. Clean, cosy. In fact my original booking was for 4 & at the last minute I requested 2 extra places & they sorted it out without any fuss ππ»ππ» I hadn't been to the Craddock for many years now as I live in London but rest assured I will be swinging by for a pint & grub each time I return home. Even bumped into an old pal John Duffy (his local) who I hadn't seen for years. I think he thight he saw a ghost when I strolled in. Thanks to all staff who looked after us. Marvellous ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»π₯ see you again over the...
