Fabios pizza — Restaurant in Great Britain

Ordered here by chance a few weeks ago, have become a regular customer. The food and delivery prices are really reasonable and the food is always hot and on time, sometimes even early. Their fatayers, kind of like an open calzone, something I'd not heard of before, are lovely and well filled and my pizza was nice too, plenty of toppings and dough not too thick. I've always had a freebie when I order, whether it be a can of drink, a plain garlic bread or even better last night, free chips! It's a really nice gesture. I like that they put paper under their food in pizza boxes too to mop up any grease. I've been able to recycle most of my pizza boxes no problem. The first and second time we ordered from here, we had no problems whatsoever, in fact everything was great. However, this time not only was the food delivered considerably later than the time proposed, (which was 30 minutes after the "driver is on his way" notification came through) the phone was put down on me THREE times when I tried to call to ensure the food was on its way to the correct address. The first time I will give you the benefit of the doubt, but to put the phone down on someone twice in a row when you are representing a business is unacceptable. Ordered special offer 8 twice. The quality was ok but the quantity was lacking. Half a bag of fries instead of a full bag and 2 kebabs with half the amount of meat than what would be expected. Wont be rushing back. Though i must recommend this place if youre on a diet and dont want to eat much.

After reading your response, im in no way changing my mind about rushing back to use your takeaway. If i want half a bag of fries, ill go to kfc.....
