OK, I don't generally give scaving reviews but this place has tipped so far of the cliff it's a wonder its still serving. So we was tempted back by a 40% of that I received on email so we thought why not it's the 8th of January and booked for the 9th at 1900 the lady on the phone said we best book as they are rather busy due to the offer being sent out. On arrival 9th of January at 1855 we stood at the front where is says stand here to be seated and nobody tended to us, after a few mins with that I went to the bar and the partner stayed at the stand here sign, after standing at the bar watching various staff come and go I was eventually asked if they could help as mentioned we was booked but considering the amount of people in I wondered why they suggested they were busy. My partner was showed to a table and I expected the same staff member to then return to serve me at the bar which didn't oh well. After being served by another member of staff and went to the table with drinks I returned to the bar after a few mins to order food, ordered mega mixed grill and and clucking hot stack burger which we was advised would be 30-40 mins wait, food arrived 55 mins later chucked on the table no mention if we wanted anything to compliment the meal sauces ect ect. Will tell you now 99% off will not tempt me back, the hottest part of the mixed grill was the peppercorn sauce, the steak although was cooked OK it was cold, the gammon was cold the entire plate of food was cold and you got the impressionit was just left on the side, Partners meal was very mediocre burgers over cooked and pathetic salad in the burger. Either the chef doesn't have a clue or its a management issue either way it's a downhill trend if the issues are not...

Well, me and my 7 family members went to Manor Farm for my Sisters 20th Birthday party, which they refused to serve her alcohol due to not having her I.D with her, I myself had a Diet COKE and received a very flat Diet PEPSI. Not only would they not serve her but the all round service felt like being at a little kids tea party, firstly 4 of us had the Carvery and 4 of us had a menu meal. To start the Carvery was stone cold and a microwave was there to heat up the food, I wouldn't expect this at my own home never mind a restaurant and bare in mind this microwave was stationed where there was no plug. When we asked for some mash for the carvery they lacked knowledge of knowing what Smash mash and FRESH mash meant having to have a waiter explain it to them, the place lacked people with the ability to understand anything you said as if you were speaking in a different language to them.

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy, I would recommend to the owners of Manor Farm to employ people who actually have qualifications. All of your staff members looked as if they couldn't stand the place and was only there due to being paid and it being the only job they are...

I was really impressed by the attentiveness of the staff here, despite being very busy. I came here with my 3 year old daughter, and there was a small wait for food, so we sat in the garden to wait and I made sure I could see our table unside in case our food cane. The lady who seated us (I assume she was the manager as she had a different top to the others) noticed that we'd gone outside and she came to let me know our food would be ready in a few minutes despite having not informed her we'd gone outside. And again, it was very busy so I was very impressed that she'd noticed this and thought to tell us. A lovely touch! I'd also like to recognise our waiter Matthew who was very attentive to everyone he served and he did not stop the entire time we were there. He had a couple of customers being rather difficult and he dealt with them so calmly and efficiently, and then quickly moved onto helping other customers without missing a beat. The food was also very good, far better than the stereotypical "pub grub" you'd expect for these prices. I really hope the team are recognised for their work, really great...

Visiting with friends and family, Manor Farm is a chain pub it does have a pleasant atmosphere and excellent live entertainment that kept everyone dancing or singing along (she was 5 stars) The food is ok, reasonably priced (£12.99 for a mixed grill) but the kids meals are not great. Ordering a pizza from the kids menu, it arrived only to be a Chicago Town mini cheese and tomato pizza with a side salad of lettuce, tomato and cucumber. While this might seem like a good healthy choice for the kids, going out is supposed to be a treat so at least serve it with some chips. Manor Farm is a nice, family friendly chain pub but don’t expect anything special and you will enjoy it. Just don’t get a pizza for the kids.

Lovely staffs and very welcoming when we arrive. There was a singer/bingo performance happening and in it own room. The room did block off the sound but not much. Food was hot when arrive and we were very happy. We love the option to double some portions such as scampi. The lady at the bar was very knowledgeable when we ask about the type of beer they had and what percentage. We did had to ask one of the staff to re-wipe the table as it's felt sticky upon touching it. We felt the board to credited who are the chef is very good motivation and acknowledgement to the team behind the scene. Well done Dave and Kevin.

Really nice place, been coming for years and I'm loving the new menu! I have the jerk chicken skewers and they was really tasty! My friend had the flaming hot chicken stack burger and she really enjoyed it. We went when they was an offer on if you had the sizzling app and main meals was half price. So it was a right bargain. Recently been again 27th October. Got the chilli con carne. Was nice but not like pervious times. Missng ingredients, almost like they couldn't be bothered.
