House Of Pizza — Local services in Great Britain

appalled with the experience I encountered tonight! Order two cheese burgers and chips with a pizza and a drink. When the order come we got a charged with an additional £1.50 for delivery which we payed as we give them the wrong address by accident. We was happy to pay the £1.50 as we understood it was our fault, when it come to the door we give the man £2 to which he drove off in the car with. I understand it’s 50p and it’s not a lot to some people but when we rang the shop and asked why we had been charged and extra £2 they was very rude and asked for the address. We was told that if we gave the full address and order we would get a £10 refund for our troubles to then the man on the phone said “the delivery man will bring you’re 50p tomorrow night have a good night BYE” then put the phone down. The response to this and the way they carried this out was very rude and disrespectful, will not be ordering here again due to the poor customer service...

Couldn’t have less than 1 star but that’s what I wanted to post. Shocking food. Ordered on just eat as I saw 4.8 stars. Absolutely would try it at that rating! Food so disgusting, disappointing. It was dry, cold and just boring. Wouldn’t even bother, what a disappointment. £15 for a small 10’ pizza and mozzerella sticks of this quality. Will not be ordering from here again. Loads of nice takeaways round hull, this DEFINITELY THE WORST!!!!!! Just eat wouldn’t even help me to complain about my order, terrible service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS...

Long delivery time took an hour i only live 50 doors away from takeaway. Burger was horrible there cleary add different meat to it tatsed really bad god job it had chesse on it to cover the bad tatse. My mums pizza was a keiv pizza no garlic tatse at all chicken was really chewy and the ham was just disugting. Most of it went in bin. Waste of time and money. I would not recommend this takeaway its always been rubbish but it was years ago since i ve been so thought i would give it another chance but its worse then it was before....
