Top-Notch Takeaway—Flawless from Start to Finish

After reading some scathing reviews, I half-expected a disaster. On the contrary, my collection from The Great Wall of China was a masterclass in how to do takeaway right.

The staff were polite and efficient, and my order was ready right on time—no waiting around, no fuss. The special fried rice was packed with flavour and perfectly balanced, the large pancake rolls were crispy with just the right amount of bite, and the crispy shredded beef? Utterly addictive—sweet, tangy, and just the right crunch. Everything was hot, fresh, and clearly made with care.

I genuinely don’t get the complaints floating around. On the contrary, this was one of the best collection experiences I’ve had in ages. Already looking forward to...

Have used Great Wall many times and only ever came across a few hiccups. However tonight my order was delayed by half an hour, food arrived cool, and one of the meals was missing. When I rang to ask about the meal that was missing, didn't mention the other stuff as I realise they may be busy, I was left with a very bitter taste in my mouth when I was quite bluntly told that it wasn't there problem, it must be "Just eat" error and to take it up with them as they have real customers to deal with... I'm sure they still received money from myself as I paid cash and just eat prices are more than if I called direct, and then they hung up on me. So placed an order at 7pm tonight through the app, granted it told me it was delayed and was expected at 20:20.. anyways gets to just past twenty to 9 and decide to give them a call for them to say it’s still cooking and would be at least another 20mins unless I went and picked it up it would be 10 so I thought why not I was starving and ready for something to eat, got there and it was ready soon as I got it home 5 mins later it was practically cold the chicken was dry in the fried rice, the satay chicken was rubbery and still pink overall it was disgusting and a waste of money!
