Greggs — Restaurant in Great Britain

potential to be one off the best gregs,,but why have you guys never any food in you shelves and when your lucky enough to find food its either rock solid or has been lying far to long as in bread rock solid bbq chicken these are my favourites never any and when there is they would break your teeth. pie counter empty sanchwich counter empty juice conter empty,i have now been in 11 times and walked out with no food at all,so I give up not going back wasted jurney,,,come staff fill the shelves the loss the business must be taking is incredable... .went back in today 1/10/20 still not changed...

Rubbish, not 1 pastry was available as hot or even warm, staff were like statues, no emotion, for a bakery famous for hot foods this is a sad indication of most greggs, not serving the community what they want when they want it, but we have to just deal with the fact that everything is cold.
