Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Scotland

I ordered two drinks in the drive-thru, a brown sugar oat shaken espresso and a caramel macadamia oat shaken. While driving away we tasted our drinks and realised they just tasted of milk, you couldn’t taste any coffee or syrup. I had to drive back to the store and ask for replacements. As I waited at the collection point for the replacements to be made I could see the girl making them. The shaken espressos were not shaken and again a substantial portion of the cup was filled up with milk. This resulted in an almost tasteless cup of milk at that point I realised the drinks were not going to be made correctly and just cut my loses. I should have saved myself the time and just thrown £10 out my window. Bought a coffee here at Ibrox and I use my reusable Starbucks cup… ask for a tall latte. But was given a coffee well below the level it should be. So ask for more milk and was told it’s cause I bought a tall. I had to say the cup is clearly marked where a tall latte should be. Only then she reluctantly top it up… and it still didn’t reach the correct level… Zoe was the one that made the coffee so if I come back again and see her there making coffee I will be walking right back out and going to Greggs next door instead.
