Ivory Lounge Sandy — Restaurant in Great Britain

Found this good Indian restaurant yesterday. Ordered Veg vindaloo and Chana Chat. And it was ready in 10 minutes for the collection. Bar staff was really polite.

Both dishes were delicious. However, as per menu chana chat comes with 2 puree (puri), but there was only 1. I found it bit strange that they put puree with the chana chat. By the time I reached home, puree was soaking in chana chat oil. It would be good if they provide puree separately. Unaware of this, I asked about where is the puree? So another gentleman behind the bar got bit angry and said something behind my back which I couldn’t hear. Very unusual in restaurant industry.

I will still visit this restaurant again to try...

We absloutely love this place the staff are incredible with us and our son who is autistic they go above and beyond in every way shape and form and the food is always impeccable we tend to come around 5.30 as it is more quiet for our son but even when we came on one occasion when it was busy they were fantastic we are always here even though we have now moved out of sandy this is the curry house we choose everytime. We waited for over an hour for our food and four other tables gave up and left as they had been kept waiting for so long. update. Got another take away from here and waited for an hour longer than we had originally been told for food, despite sitting and waiting in the restaurant for collection. When we finally got it it was somehow cold and had bits missing. The vindaloo was not spicy but the madras was over spicy and the onion bahjees tasted triple fried. This place really is a joke for service. I can only assume any good review is left by its employees. AVOID...
