Ordered off Uber eats to only wait for an hour and a half for us to phone up and be told “it’s been cancelled”, when in fact no one bothered to inform us and they also took the money out my bank account, and then to cancel it after the phone call ended. Didn’t even get an apology and pretty much wasted time waiting for food we never got. Their excuse was “we don’t deliver to that area”, which makes no sense considering they choose their location to include where we stay, otherwise it wouldn’t have come up as an option. It is one of the worse services I’ve ever received or witnessed. Didn’t even apologise, just insisted they’d cancelled it and that we were wrong ... 100% do...

I don't know if this has changed owners or not but I was just in getting a large chips. Young boy on his phone the whole time. Never washed or sanitised his hands. And the portion I got was absolutely ridiculous. There's no way that was a normal size let alone a large. I picked the box and it was light so I shook it and it sounded and felt half full. £3.50 for a handful of chips. Rip off. Definitely won't go...
