Tried for over an hour to place order, thinking may have issue with phone drove down, waited while others were being served for 10 minutes only to be told that they were not taking orders and she walked away. Leaving other customers to explain they were closing early - well pick up the phone instead of just letting it ring and tell your paying customers or even update your your Facebook page. Dont get me wrong i do enjoy the food out of this buisness but the plaxe carries many issues. I phoned this restruant and they said that the chicken balls would take an hour and 15 minutes. I asked if they where fresh and the lady on the phone said yes. Chicken balls take no longer than 20 minutes to cook so i believe the chicken from the freezer which explained the taste. I could understand an hour or more maybe if they delivered but i had to walk all the way from the scheme...

Ordered a meal from here in late May 21 and to be brutally honest it was pretty awful! The chicken was undercooked, the veg chow mein was tasteless and unfortunately one of us ended up with food poisoning, which may not have been the meal we had, but everything pointed towards this takeaway being the culprit.
