Macphees Sandwich Bar — Restaurant in Great Britain

The attitude from the staff, in either shop in barrhead is terrible. I usually ignore it and be polite and order my food. But this morning I ordered food from the wrong shop because when you google cross arthurlie street shop one number comes up, however the number is for the shop on the main street. Simple mistake, but that's down to Macphees to correct that. I get to cross arthurlie shop to collect 2x links with scrambled egg and cheese in a box. And the woman working proceeds to tell me she "will need to send me round to the other shop to collect the food, or it's a waste" I agree, but it was a mistake that I wasn't really at fault for. I explained I needed to get the train and that wouldn't be possible to do. She kept repeating she needs to phone the other shop because of the waste etc. I then asked if she had put cheese in the scrambled egg, she argues with me that I didn't ask for that. I order the exact same thing every single time, by this point I felt really annoyed. I'll not use this place again and I certainly won't recommend it anymore. Like I said previously I ignored the worst customer service. No wonder people...

Food is okay, best in the area but still not amazing. Every single time I go in there’s always an issue with something. Over charged, missing items… They never have got it right & like I’ve mentioned above, they are the only place in the area that has the best food considering what’s available so it’s the only reason I return. Mia has little to no customer service skills, rude and her face speaks before herself . There’s women in there with great customer service skills and shouldn’t be forgotten but there’s 2 women in particular that anytime I’ve been in are kept on the hot food areas & their faces and attitude is...

Popped I'm today for lunch and got an amazing chicken tikka with cheese panini honestly the best panini I've tasted food is banging and staff are really friendly aswell and prices are amazing i highly recommend you try the chicken tikka and cheese panini my workmates ordered aswell and also said the food was banging they use it regularly I live in Greenock but anytime I'm up that way I'll be popping in well...
