Subway - Barrhead — Restaurant in Scotland

Ordered from just eat and the order went though, then got a call saying that they never had my order, do I want to change, I said no , just a full refund thanks, as I didn't want want they were offering, they said that they couldn't do that and completely misheard what I said and tried to say I swore which I 100% never , now I can get if people (think) that someone swore at them they could be upset and I said I hope this is being recorded as I 100% never swore but she continues to be aggressive, me and all the family (did) use this restaurant, but will now never be back , there treatment to customers is absolutely shocking., think more...

I love Subway, and this is definitely the worst one I have visited by far. Ordered sub of the day, meal deal with was the Italian BMT on Italian bread. The bread was hard and stale at both ends of the 6" sandwich. I ordered what I thought would be a cappuccino... I wasn't asked if I would like sugar or anything to stir my coffee. There was nothing to do this yourself. The guy gave me a wooden stirer (uncovered hands) and one tiny suger packet. This coffee was horrific, milk tasted sour and was stone cold. Shocking service. Place was meant to close at 7pm. Went in at 6:45 to get one sub. The shutters were 1/4 down, door was open. I walked in and they told me they were closed. I said it says 7pm on your door and on google. Then the short blonde hair girl behind the counter just said “yeah it says that but the ovens off and we’re actually closed!” She just wanted a quick finish.they’ve switched the light off at 18:53.
