McDonald's — Restaurant in Great Britain

If i could give 0 stars i would!!!!!!!!!!! Went to the drive-thru, they took our order for 4 meals and 4 mcflurrys. We were then given our drinks and ice cream and then were told to park up to wait for our food. 15 minutes later we were still waiting, my husband then spoke to the drive thru staff who said they are busy. Another 5mins pass and a young girl comes out with our order. She apologised for our wait, repeated the "we are busy" excuse. Offered us ice cream but we informed her that we already had our ice creams and after waiting 20minutes for our meals the ice cream would probably have melted by that point. order placed specifically asking for fish finger happy meal. Was told thIs was not available then ordered veg dipper happy meal but specifically requested don't want dippers but for them to be replaced with a fruit bag. -was told to wait at collection section where I waited over 20 mins I beeped my car horn 3 times still no one came. -eventually when the food came out it only had 2 fillet fishes and 2 fruit bags in the one brown bag I was given. -i asked where the 2 happy meal boxes were as well as the toys and fries so the assistant got me just one box even after taking my receipt. -i asked where the other toy was she said do you want another kids meal box i said yes. no apology no nothing. to top it all off the milkshake was VANILLA and not BANANA -THE FOOD WAS SO COLD....

Went in on Tuesday 9/11/21 at around 6pm. Staff member ELLIE was very good with me, she helped me to order & pay for my meal from tapping into that large screen BUT she even went a stage further, which hasn't happened at any of the other McDonald restaurants that I have visited. I told her that they didn't put any NAPKINS on my tray of food that was brought to my table, so I waved Ellie to come over & told her what had happened. In the other McDonalds that I've been in they tell me where to go & get the napkins, but not Ellie she said she would go & get them for me & I noticed that she was looking out for others who required help when she was sweeping up.
