Nines — Restaurant in Great Britain

I recently visited this new coffee shop, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the warm, inviting atmosphere and the friendly baristas. The space is beautifully decorated, with comfy seating and just the right amount of natural light streaming through the windows, creating a perfect spot to relax or catch up with friends.

The coffee here is absolutely fantastic - I believe it is their own in house roast. I ordered a flat white, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had—rich, smooth, and finished with some exceptional latte art! They clearly take pride in sourcing high-quality beans, and it shows in every sip. However, if you're not in the mood for coffee, they also have a delicious selection of teas and cakes - not to mention the fantastic food menu Nines have to offer.

What really sets this place apart, though, is the exceptional customer service. The staff is genuinely kind and knowledgeable, always ready to recommend a new drink, chat about their roast or provide insight into favourites from their menu. I left feeling not just caffeinated but uplifted by the whole experience.

Superb food, superb service - and a wonderful atmosphere ! Nines is a real breath of fresh air... the staff are lovely people, who genuinely care about the quality of your whole experience, a huge change from the belligerent, ignorant, lazy and downright rude attitudes which I have had from so many eateries which I visit (and I eat out a lot!). So many cafe and restaurant staff treat you like you are a bother to them - but the staff at Nines made me feel utterly welcome and they tended to my every need, even changing the usual fried egg on my scrumptious veggie breakfast to a poached egg instead ! I can not recommend Nines highly enough - everybody needs to experience this terrific place ! Can I buy shares in this cafe, please? Thank you, everybody...

Myself and my partner have been using nines for the last couple of months now (I'm a coffee addict) the food and coffee is lovely but the real reason we keep coming back is the staff always going above and beyond from the first time we used them and they realised my partner was struggling with his health.

The staff all go above and beyond to help without bringing attention to the struggle. We honestly don't know how we could ever repay them for everything they have...
