Ocean Wok — Restaurant in Great Britain

Utter shambles. Ordered sweet and sour chicken and I got chicken balls with a tub of sweet and sour sauce. No onions or vegetables! Women on the phone was rude and unhelpful saying this is how it comes !!! Utter rubbish, I've never ordered this from any Chinese and it comes like this ! Can't admit their mistake is what's happened! I've included the picture of what I received and I'll include a picture from Google of what a bloody sweet and sour chicken dish looks like !!! Or is Google and the rest of the world wrong as well ?? I will never order from here again, useless!! Look at the pictures FS there's zero...

Well we have always used this Chinese as it was definately the best in the area. Always been super tasty great portions and just in general was better than the rest( we have tried other places plenty times too) unfortunately though in the last month or so it's definately changed chef or something because the food has just been sub par. The salt and chilli chips are not the same. Curry sauce was watery and very bland. I'm absolutely gutted. Will definately use again in a wee while in the hope it goes back to its former glory. If not then we will need to find...

Update. After 13/14 years using this place the food has became dire in recent months, my dinner tonight is burnt and going straight in the bin. When I called to complain I was told that's just how they cook when they're busy. Shame but I won't be back.
