Unfortunately, the food was a disappointment in both quality and execution. The £26 (very expensive) sirloin steak was unexpectedly budget cut thin, tasteless and poorly quality. The presentation wasn't good enough at all and there was absolutely zero garnish to enhance the dish. The garlic potatoes were lackluster at best, resembling a creamy, artificial-tasting garlic puree. The tagliatelle pasta, very far from creamy, was dry and paired with broccoli spears and green beans- a very odd and unappetising choice...why not opt for something more fitting, like Mediterranean vegetables and enhance the dish with some sauce? Overall, the meal fell well short of the very high/premium prices charged, with only the onion ring and peppercorn sauce being enjoyable and well cooked. While it’s possible the head chef wasn’t on duty that evening (Monday), the experience certainly did not justify the premium prices. At those high prices, you genuinely expect excellent quality, but this meal was not near that standard. On a positive note, the service was friendly...

Was recommended Randall’s Restaurant by a family member for when we visited Pembrokeshire. We visited tonight and was not disappointed. We attended at 6pm as a family of four and the food, atmosphere and friendliness of the staff was second to none. The food was the star of the show though. I had the mixed grill combo and my wife the sea bass. You could tell all the food sourced was of the best quality and fresh. It was outstanding. Steak was cooked perfect. Even the children’s food was butcher quality sausages. The vibe throughout our meal was fun and everyone in the restaurant was laughing and enjoying themselves. All the food coming out the kitchen looked amazing and the cocktails also looked out of this world. Like London quality night out stuff. Would totally recommend this absolute little gem in Pembroke Dock. Even if you’re not staying in the area, it’s worth the travel. Really has brought a smile...

Randall's Restaurant (Part of The Dolphin Hotel but still a quality restaurant open to the general public) was superb again this evening. Despite a late booking and the restaurant being busy for a midweek evening, the service, ambience & importantly, food, was top class.

I've never had a bad meal here and having read the one bad review further down 🙄 it's clear to see that chap doesn't like much at all 😂 to say it's not good value is simply not true.

This restaurant offers superb value, genuinely, and like I say, I've never had anything but top class service, lovely ambience & quality freshly cooked food here.

My favourite meal here is the sea bass, but tonight was 'just' a burger night, and once again it was outstanding!
