Booked 2 Nights at the Dolphin Hotel ||As we pulled up in the car park we were greeted with the view of a fully naked woman, Unknown to her that people could see her- Turns out she didn’t have any blinds or even a curtain in her room for privacy. ||Received our keys and made our way to the room. ||Grey Carpet up the stairs was black, Filthy. ||Entered the room, Looked as if the bed had been layed on. Bedding was dirty and pillows that looked older than my grandmother and Yellow Stained- absolutely vile. ||The hotel overall is so unclean and smelt musky.||Hole in the walls, headboard of bed not even attached and level. ||Light bulb not working on main light, No hand wash in TINY en suite. White towels that looked liked they had been dyed in the wash.||As we were not happy we informed a member of staff, She attempted to help but had that can’t be bothered attitude, As if what was the moaning for ? We explained that we paid for this and expected at least a standard room- This was far below this and wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay in the faeces hole. I don’t think they would stay there, Girls just laughed behind the bar. ||We asked for a different room but the owner wanted more money but then said they were full. We stayed in the bar had a drink and went to bed. ||Fire alarm goes off early hours, Another guest had a shower where it had leaked through the floor and ceiling on to the fire panel in the bar- which we had no access to as the bar was locked. ||No staff on site to inform. Just a poster to phone the owner not the fire brigade. There was no Fire Safety poster displayed on the back of the room door!!||Owner arrived after a guest had contacted her and she said it’s just steam from the shower. (It wasn’t, it’s a leak ) no concern at all! We rang the fire brigade and they shortly arrived and investigated. The owner obviously didn’t have a clue! Electricity and water do not mix! This leak had obviously happened previously due to the brown staining on the ceiling downstairs. The spot lights were flickering!||We had breakfast the next morning, mediocre. ||We returned the keys and said we would not be staying the second night and left. Think the owner was happy to see us go, didn’t try to help to rectify any concerns other than offer us a different room at a chargeable cost.||I would not recommend this hotel at all and feel the cost to stay should be amended as it doesn’t reflect the basic necessities of what a hotel should provide. ||||||For the same price we stayed in the new ||Ty Waterfront,Milford Haven the...

When arrived here one of the bedroom keys didn't open the door. Went to bar and explained and was told we had to wait an hour for staff to come after traveling over 2 hours plus being pregnant. Had a member of staff climb around the back and through a window to open the bedroom door and another room which family members stayed in, a member of staff had to open the door with a screwdriver and a hammer. One member of staff was really rude towards us telling us to pack our bags and leave and to don't start. Language was foul and had no customer skills. A member of staff offered us a free drink when he realised how rude he was. Didn't feel welcome here at all. One of the hotel rooms had a sponge for a mattress and the toilet was right next to the shower not allowing enough room to get out of the shower as the toilet was right in front. Towels were stinking. Wasn't given new shampoo pots had someone's left overs, the both rooms smelt like damp. One of the beds had the head board off leaning against the wall. One of the rooms had an uneven floor. The noise in the night was over the top music was way too loud couldn't get any sleep, the second night we stayed there a couple were absolutely steaming and arguing. The rooms had no fans or aircon which caused me to feel sick. Only had 2 plug sockets which wasn't enough. The toilets for the pub were dusty and small. The stairs to get to the rooms were very steep. It was a nightmare staying here being pregnant made it more difficult to cope with the situations we had to go through. The bin was too small for all of our rubbish. Cleaner came in to our room with all our belongings in without telling us which I think is out of order as they could of nicked personal belongings. Bedroom window was way too high for someone like me who is 5ft 8 to open I would of had to climb on the window sill to open the window. Luckily my boyfriend was 6ft and just about manged to open the window. The shower was ridiculous no power what's so ever. The toilet brush was rusty needs throwing out. TVS was too small for the size of the rooms. No wardrobe to hang clothes. Doors were squeaky. Walls were super thin as we heard family members speaking 2 doors up from where we slept. Wifi was awful. The only good thing was the breakfast. Definitely should not be rated a 4*. Needs so much improvement. Would never...

Booked two nights stay. Parking was possible but tight. Hotel is a bit run down and the room felt a bit dirty and in need of decorating. There were cobwebs on the walls, peeling paint and damp damage, the mattress felt old and broken springs, the window blind was broken, the old electric shower didn’t work properly and goes from boiling to freezing with no middle ground, the TV didn’t work properly (image was so dark you couldn’t see it despite being on full brightness). Also the breakfast was only continental which wasn’t clear on the booking, and they charged extra for the full breakfast. It was also really noisy with cars racing in the streets outside all night. In the end I cut my weekend short and left after the first night. Very disappointed and wouldn’t book again.

Living locally I have on multiple occasions had the pleasure of dining at the Dolphin Hotel in Pembroke Dock, I'd rate it as a personal favourite. Some positives that stand out are the great prices they offer for the quality of food you get. The menu is diverse, and a top spot in Pembroke Dock or surrounding areas for a quality breakfast. The only minor downside is the limited parking, but in all honesty, I've never had any trouble finding a space. The location is on the quieter side, which can be a nice change of pace. Plus, the staff there are incredibly friendly and attentive, which adds to the overall positive experience.

Our new favourite local restaurant. Ben and Nat are lovely hosts, creating amazing meals in a welcoming environment. They're a young business and the meals are priced low to encourage growth - something they should achieve continually with the quality that they deliver. Highly recommend. I had the sea bass and prawns on crushed new potatoes with samphire and my wife had the 8oz steak with the most amazing onion rings 👌 Since these photos, I've also had the delicious lamb shank (with the best mint gravy I've ever tasted) and a chicken burger - all fantastic 🙏
