Seven Spice — Restaurant in Wales

Worst food in any indian we have ever had place an order at 5.30pm to pickup waht a massive mistake got there had order then to find they didn't take the order we place correctly and blamed use for it then had to wait for rest to be made which was fine to me. Got home food cold and damp the chips where slightly under cooked and the chick so dry can't eat it still missing the sauce we ordered and I'm very allergic to coriander and told them 3 time due out the call and 2 time when I was inside had a lamb starter and it was extra coriander on itso I call spoken to the manager that then told the delivery driver to handle the call I told them I'm happy if they can bring the missing items and or refund the food as we Could not eat it. To get told only the sauce and lamb can be refunded what a piale of crap will nether eat there again and it is a shame as we went one a mouth before I started working away got a. Ps if you make a mistake you should slove it and can expect the COUSTOMER to pay fule for you to fix it JOKY learn the train or get out you give all the people in the industry I have ran for 17 years a bad name SHAME ON ALL THE STAFF AND MOSTLY THE MANAGER SHOULD BE FIERED CAN DO THE JOB crap crap crap...

The food in general is good. The one problem was the prawns I had in my Balti. I ordered the seven spice special (it's their combination and I didnt ask what's in it). When it came I started eating and sth inside tastes stale and off. I discovered it was the prawn they put in. I grew up eating seafood and I am cerrain to tell how fresh certain seafood is especially fish and prawns. The prawns were not fresh ones, right possible that they were frozen, and defoze and kept for a few days and now they were at the point of getting totally off. I called the manager and told him this but he insisted that the prawns were fresh today and many customers had ordered it without complaints, but he did offer that I could get another dish. I didnt argue with him and I just chose to discard the prawns from my dish as I didnt want to create more waste. The meat n sauce in the dish was totally fine. also they made really good nan and we also ordered mixed vegetable curry and rice which was all fine. The point I would like to make is the prawn problem and you cant fool a seafood eater who ate fresh catch from the sea since young. There should have been better ways of dealing with this...

After ordering food for 5 people at 6pm for delivery at 7.30pm. By 8pm I rang to chase the order. Girl on the phone had no idea about the address. Owner then told me oh yes it's with the driver, it won't be long. 8.30pm rocks up and still no delivery. By now we're thinking even if this food arrives now it's going to be cold and we're not going to pay £80 for cold food. Rang again to which I had to repeat the address twice to the girl on the phone again. She then told me it could take an hour to which the owner came on the phone call again to ask me what I ordered. Absolutely clueless service! This was the last straw, I told them to cancel the order and I would be turning the food away if it turned up. After jumping in the car to go and pick some food up from another establishment, my wife is rang to tell me the food turned up 20 mins later. So having given plenty of notice at 6pm to arrive at 7.30. 8.50pm just wasn't good enough. An absolute shame as my family and I were looking forward to a nice curry (to which I normally is), around the table. Very unhappy and will be boycotting this restaurant in the future. Sort your...
