Burger was cooked well and the milkshake tasted alright. That's the only positives I have unfortunately. Minimum delivery spend of £20 plus delivery charge of £3 made it an expensive meal. Got the wagyu burger which was £12, small and perfectly ordinary. Tasted like onions although no onions on it as requested. The bacon fries were undercooked and floppy, clearly cheap bulk-bought fries and a tiny portion for £5, and the flavour was pretty bland. The milkshake was full of ice shards. Arrived late, total of 1 hour 40 minutes from order placed to delivery. I'm on Arthurstone Terrace so round the corner from Dura Street so pretty poor in terms of speed, particularly on a Tuesday. Got recommended to try Storm but can't recommend to others, there's plenty of decent burger...

Feel like iv been ripped off 12 quid for a tiny burger got loaded fries which came with lattice fries which I don't like! Literally 42 quid in the bin I won't be back this is actually horrendous!

Just to add to your reply I wasn't informed or asked about upgrading as I wouldnt upgrade to lattice fries, iv tried your £6.50 burger which is pretty much identical to the £12 burger, but with the "prime" burger as you call it is cheaper in a meal if its that much of a prime burger why reduce price for a meal?

It may be to some peoples taste but not mine and was very disappointed! Deffinetly not worth that...

Got a delivery to my work when working late, arrived quickly and hot. man wgat a good burger. opted for the wagyu, which was really tasty, and as a meal came with a whole heap of crispy crinkle cut fries. so glad i got the hot cheese dip, was really good, but i thought it would have been bigger for the price, my only gripe.
