Ripoff unexperienced staff cant understand english.

Used to go here often was ok but recently the staff have been changed new staff are unexperienced very slow and dont understand instructions.
I ordered a footlong sub, which they messed up when cutting and started arguing with me when i told them i what a new bread not broken apart. Then when at checkout i asked to pack seperately as usually do this makes it easier to eat i the car ( less messy), they refused again and said they need to charge me for 2 ive had this done many times in the past and they didnt offer a cookie part of the meal deal.
Shocking a bread stick costs subways 3p and some branded paper another couple pens total under 15p, worst customer service ever.
New owner must be very stingy.

The staff working now seemed to be foreign students assuming this based on them not being able to understand simple english ( Cheaper labour ) they seem to be doing more that 20 hours a week which is again the law last time i checked.
Last time i came was a month back 70% of staff were different then ( older ladies ),
From 3 month back i have noticed the older staff charging extra for multiple sauces on the sandwich, So again i was right, ripp off, bad customer service.
The most a sub can cost you is £1.50 that if you get steak so dont understand your reply as subway gives you one of the best margins in the food industry.
The lady said shell charge me for 2 subs didnt mention 2 6 inch subs. Had it done from this store over 10 times in the last 12 months. Wasn't ever...
Read moreWent today, absolutely rubbish place. Went today, ordered veg patty footlong. Requested staff to made two portions and pack it separately, they made two portions but refused to pack separately, saying it will be charged for two 6" subs, seriously, I think overall subway business should be reported to trading standards, evidence is supported in the photo attached, counted 4 cucumbers, 4 jalapeños, 5 small strings of onion seriously for the price of £7.49 where prices are gone up and quality has gone down. Please avoid spending your hard earn money there, next door is Domino's atleast you will get hot and freshly made pizza. The staff is too just quick in taking order, heating in the oven and leave it on the counter, jumps to serve another customer, not bother to finish the sub lying on counter, so by the time it is made and wraps it's stone cold. At least, I will not be going back. I guess the girl staff who was there today, definitely needs training on communication, guest handling and art to learn how to Sat no. Please don't spoil business...
Read moreOne of the worst ever subway I have been in the recent years. I have been here several times but in the past 6 months, the experience has been really bad. The subway is marked as open till 10 p.m. but every time I be there well before 9 p.m., the staffs always say there is no sit in and it is only take away. When asked why, they have a cheap response stating they need to clean if we sit and eat. Customers pay to sit and eat and if the staffs are this lazy, then why even bother running the show. None of the staffs know how to even redeem the points. The subway does take part in offers and rewards but when asked to redeem, they just tend to showcase as though they do not know how to redeem the points even if the system scans the codes as expected. Either the staffs are poorly trained or instructed not to redeem any code and make the customer pay even if they have valid redeem codes. Will never even bother...
