Recently, I had a rather bad experience with Subway, especially when it came to their delivery service. It appears that delivery drivers affiliated with services such as Uber Eats, Just Eat, or Deliveroo lack uniformity. The fact that these drivers can use any kind of bag and are not required to have a recognized brand is what worries me the most.
The absence of consistency in the packaging raises questions about professionalism and hygiene. Getting a Subway order delivered in a bag that doesn't even correspond with the delivery platform of choice is depressing. In addition to detracting from the total brand experience, it raises concerns about the standards Subway maintains for its delivery partners.
The fact that Subway accepts non-standard delivery bags from different platforms is a major setback in a time when presentation and brand representation are essential. I hope Subway takes action to make sure its patrons receive deliveries that are more reliable and polished...
