Been here with my boyfriend and we ordered a watermelon fizzy tea (one size, large) and a regular biscoff. The watermelon had a very fruit tea taste which I like however, there was no fizz and the cup was full with ice which diluted the drink even more over time (there's no option to remove ice). The biscoff, however, was really good and the tapioca pearls were warm and freshly made. I'd definitely buy this again! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I was surprised by the different types of teas and variety of toppings. Definitely recommend this place to anyone in town looking to buy bubble tea.

Tired their brown sugar spiced milk tea with less ice and I have to say I am not the biggest fan of it. It was just tooo sweet for my liking, I should have just settled with the normal level of ice cubes.But the other taro drink that we ordered was 10/01, so authentic tasting with just the perfect amount of sugar.

I’m loving the summer edition MANGO DREAMMMM the mango flavour is very aromatic and the flavours of sweet and sour are balanced well😍Sago tastes squishy it’s great. I would also recommend Jasmine milk tea it smells really nice~

Almost every time I order, the tapioca is fresh. I've been ordering from them since March, they never complained about my extra tapioca requirements. They never got my order wrong or ever substituted anything to my order. Extremely consistent with their ingredients & technique, my orders taste exactly the same every single time. Always very quick delivery, never late, & when I order for the following morning, my order comes before their opening time on Google/Deliveroo. No complaints, no drama, Tealith is extremely professional, they definitely know how to conduct a proper business. No arrogance & superiority complex unlike their competitor. Really sweet girls that work in there and they are super knowledgeable about the different options and always gives genuine advice rather than rushing me. The younger asian girl (-haven’t caught her name sorry!), always remembers my preferences in my drink which is very sweet and dedication!!! They get busy in there so it’s amazing they take the time with proper customer service with each customer rather than just rushing us. It is quite complicated and intimidating if you have never had these drinks before so great to have their help with all the different personalisations. Generally lovely staff and drinks despite being a chain!! Please bring the Yakut and cookies...

This review is for the Swindon store. I want to leave feedback but I did not catch the ladies name, but she was the only one in and we were there around 6pm 3/11/22. She had short blonde hair and made me and my daughter 2 unicorn drinks. She was so lovely, friendly, helpful and even guided us to the app for discounts for today and in the future. Even with the orders coming through for deliveries, she managed the pressure so well and with a smile on her face. I will also add the unicorn drink she made us was amazing!
