What a shame Flour Pot! I’ve been going to your vender on Hove seafront for a while as your produce is good. But today in Hangleton Flour Pot, I was shocked! I ordered a cold brew coffee (£3.85) with less ice and was served half a coffee! I asked if they could fill it to the top, and their reply was that they usually serve half that amount, and top the rest up with water! Ok. I got told! Sat down to wait for our food which never came. Had to ask for the cakes and sandwich we had purchased, when they tried to charge us again. Had to explain they’d already been paid for. The staff seemed quite uninterested and a bit miserable. A cafe like this should have a nice buzzy atmosphere. I suggest Flour Pot start re-thinking their drone work force and hire decent management, as you’ve now lost a couple of good cash...

I had such a lovely experience at this café, thanks to one of the staff members (Justisa) The young woman who helped me was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. She greeted everyone with a genuine smile and made the atmosphere feel warm and friendly. She took my order with care, made sure everything was just right, and even checked in to see if I needed anything else.

Always greeted with a very warm and friendly welcome every time we visit. The staff have gotten to know us and always introduce us to new staff. It is a great addition to the area and a lovely treat to visit to break up wfh days. Huge dog fans and my dog is their biggest fan too, he canters up for the hill to pay them a visit pulling me in to see them ! Their baristas do a fabulous coffee and have worked on a ‘cat’ cream top in response to my daughter’s love of cats. They have a great community ethos and value getting to know...
