The Troff — Restaurant in Great Britain

My friend and I visited this wonderful place today. I can honestly say that it is one of the BEST wee tea rooms I have ever been in. The scones are magnificently huge and soft, as all scones should be, and loaded with fruit if fruit is what you like. Plenty butter, not one teensy pat. Generous amount of jam. All the delicious looking cakes are homemade. Tea served in a glass teapot and 2 teabags IN the pot. Not one. Service was great. Staff are so friendly. Known about this cafe for a while and at last went there with my wife this morning. And we were not disappointed. The service was great and friendly. Had a good conversation with the owners who are very friendly. The menu is good and the food arrives hot and very tasty. The cakes are a must but may I say that the scones are amazing. My wife has the cherry and I brought one home which is the fruit. The scones are Large,tasty and packed full of fruit. A must for the scones conniseur. You will not be disappointed. Oh and there DOG friendly. A sausage 🐕🦮🐕‍🦺🌭 awaits them....

Fantastic wee gem of a place. Nice and friendly staff. Nice food and coffee and for the scone conniseur you must try the scones.
