Travelled up for the weekend and went here for a spot of lunch. All the cakes we got to bring home for the next day were stale and they weren’t cheap. Very disappointed. The pies we got for lunch had been obviously been heated throughout the day, the baked beans hadn’t even dried out on top...

Staff always friendly and helpful. Shop always nice and clean. Reasonable prices as well. Staff always wear gloves while preparing food, even if only a cup of tea. Plenty options to choose from if want a filled roll and their homemade soup is excellent. Got a cup with a roll and it...

Bought two pies and and a coke at 3:15 in the afternoon cost £7.50. Pies were rank, obviously they had been left in the hotplate since early morning. Surely the staff know these things have been left there all day until some unsuspecting customer walks in. Two bites and had...
