Ordered through Uber Eats at 12.30 to be told it will be delivered between 13.25 - 13.45. Phoned at 13.25 to ask where food was and got told it would be 20 minutes. Phoned again at 13.55 as food still hadn't arrived and the person disconnected during the call. Tried calling resteraunt again but kept saying number busy. I phoned at least 20 times within a space of 5 minutes but looks like they turned their phone off. Finally got the delivery at 14.15 and food was cold/lukewarm (i stay 10 minutes away so it should have been ok. Ordered previously without issue). Driver said they were extremely busy but it was just an excuse.... Busy on a Friday afternoon where majority of people are at work? I went first time by walking with earbud on listening to bollywood music. when I arrived I tried to place an order on ubereat so that I could click and collect through ubereats tired but my card got declined and I have noticed that when I try to purchase something online or even through shopping and dinner for myself alway my card gets declined. but I am confident that the Donnor Wrap with peri peri chips and a can of coke meal deal was deliciously tasty. 5✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️ will definitely come back.
