Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Great Yarmouth

My parents go here 2 or 3 times a week all year round spending a lot of money I went with my parents today Thurs 28 th June as I had a day off We went to the counter to order 3 meal deals we were deciding at the counter with the assistant present which toasties to have we asked for them to be told sorry you are quote 1 minute too late offer ends at 2 pm Excuse me we have been up the counter sorting our order out ! This is not how to treat regular customers and the place was dead ! We were so angry we left ! So you lost a sale ! Asked the lady Emily at the front of house who was serving, if you had any cheese and chutney melts where she replied “if we had any they would be out there” in a very rude way I then went and to order something else , there was a really lovely lady didn’t catch her name dark hair brought our roasties over then Emily rudely walked over and slammed my rocky road on the table unlike the other girl who was polite asked if everything was okay if we needed anything nope this girl clearly hates her job!! I love Costa. But this particular branch had a very rude man serving. He kept stopping and telling customers they were closing in 20mins, then sent them away. After waiting for ages to be served he got my order wrong and I didn't realise till I'd walked out. Of course I couldn't go back and tell him...they'd closed.
