Really really awful. We hadn't eaten all day and went in here at 2220, 40 mins before they closed. Nearly all the chairs were up on the tables, bins were out of their enclosures and everyone was busy cleaning. It seems that everyone was more about getting finished and going home and nothing about the food, service or customers. We ordered to eat in, two burgers only. They took an age to be brought out so we assumed they were being freshly cooked and piping hot but they were instead only tepid. We were too hungry to complain and needed to get moving as running out of time. They were given to us in a bag instead of a tray with the excuse that they didn't want to dirty a tray up. It was quite a messy burger and I felt the need to wash my hands as no lemon wipes were supplied. I was instructed to use the disabled toilet as they'd already cleaned the men's. All in all I went into a KFC that was supposedly open for another 40 mins and was just made to feel that I was a nuisance for coming in so close to closing time and was given terrible service and terrible food. Went through the drive thru the first few days this place was open and things were great, friendly staff and got the order spot in and in a quick time. The last few times I have been in the last couple weeks I have been very disappointed.. I asked for extra mayo in my burger and had no mayo.. another time it was cold and I asked for extra mayo and had extra ketchup.. and this time today 3/1/21 I asked for extra mayo as usual and again I didn't get it, and to top it off my burger bun was just chucked into the bag , not even in the burger box?.. as if it was to much hasle to put the mayo on and put it in the box. The guy at the window handing me food seemed to be in such a rush even though there was only one other car in drive thru and nobody inside, mine was a simple order ..just no ketchup, but extra mayo and they haven't been able to get that right once!, if it was busy and I asked for a complicated order I'd kind of understand but that wasn't the case.
