I wasn't sure whether or not to offer my opinion as I am unsure whether the management would value feedback or not. I've given in and offered my experience in the hope they take value in it and consider improving their service to future customers.

Last season, I ordered the special chicken kebab that is supposed to come with grilled peppers, onions and mushrooms. It didn't. The rest of my order had sat on the counter getting cold whilst they got it all together.

This year, nothing much changed. Half the order sat getting cold whilst they got the rest of the order wrong. Lady on the till offered a free can of drink for waiting so long (i hadn'teven yet complained), owner argued when I asked for 2 drinks as both my children's orders were cold (and wrong when I got it home).

Headless chickens that could smash it if they could organise themselves properly.

I took pity on those who had ordered delivery and didn't get to see it first hand. So many orders sat on a cold counter for 20 plus minutes. Appreciate this isn't McDonald's but this was not good practice.

Will be looking at recent reviews closely before I consider handing over my hard earned "cash only" again.

My parents had a Pizza and it looked very nice, Doner Kebab has been one of the best I have had really tasty and not greasy at all which was amazing normally a lot of Doner Kebab places where I live are quite greasy but not this one, We also ordered a fillet burger with fries however they got the order wrong and brought us fillet wrap no fries we phoned them gave them the order details and they seemed quite friendly and sent us the right order it took around 30 minutes to get the new stuff which was same time as original order, prices seem decent and free delivery is quite good I can see why it is a popular choice with Richardson Holiday Park

Update: I just brought something from here as it’s last day of holiday and I just tried their Pizza and they are very nice dough is lovely, very tasty and the stuffed crust is amazing, no problems with wrong orders this time which is amazing, everything came in good timing, everything hot on arrival updating rating from 4...

Called in here whilst on holiday. The guy behind the counter was nice enough but couldn't help us with information about allergens in the pizzas. He asked if we could wait 10minutes for a colleague to return who would be able to help us. In this time we looked at the menus but sadly turned out to be a waste of time as all the pizzas contain egg (which my son is allergic too). Pizza is usually a safe bet, not here. We were advised the burgers and kebabs would be okay but chose to go elsewhere. I wrote the review to prevent others with allergies having a wasted journey and have given them this rating as despite being helpful I feel this information should have been more readily available. I cannot comment...
