Starbucks — Restaurant in Guildford

First time using this drive thru today - and last time....ever! When I was asked for my order - they clearly didn't understand me, so suddenly a very abrupt man comes on the speaker, talking to me as if I'm three years old. Then once paid he tells me to park on corner. There was already a car on the corner so I pulled in as close as possible. He then angrily leans out the window and yells, pull into a bay then. If...I had just ordered a coffee, I would have told him to stuff it BUT I spent £41!! He was extremely rude and obnoxious. The products at the Starbucks are on par with usual, but there is always a long wait compared to your usual Starbucks. I'm not sure why, but every time I go here, I end up losing a small portion of my life waiting for my coffee which would otherwise take 3 or 4 minutes at somewhere else. Considering this starbox is at a petrol station in a busy area, you would think that they are used to the amount of footfall. If you're considering a drive through here, it will turn into a day trip. Absolutely horrifying customer service. We went through drive and waited at the intercom for 4 minutes, nobody took our order so we decided to go through the window and when we got there we waited four minutes before someone took our order - both staff members saw us waiting but nobody acknowledged that we were waiting. We ordered a cappuccino and half the cup was empty and the staff member didn’t even bother to put the cardboard cup holder onto the cup. Don’t bother going here unless you’re happy to pay £4.15 for...
