KFC Basingstoke — Restaurant in Hart

The food was ok but items missed. The service is terrible, staff that don't want to be there all they do is shout your number then they throw your food at you they don't even speak to the customers and.wjen you tell them they have missed something if the order they grunt at you get what was missed throw that on the counter and again all without saying a word not sorry for the mistake or even enjoy your meal. If it was my company I would get some training in place it maybe in a service station on a motorway but manners are still expected. Next time I'm there it's burger king or one of the other food options for me...

It took over 15 minutes for me to receive my order. I watched so many ppl who ordered after me leave before me with their order. I was told the chicken is "being cooked and would take 7 minutes"...so why is everyone else receiving their order? After another ten minutes I was told 2 more minutes. Five minutes later still no order. When it eventually arrived the server would not accept any fault and was quite confrontational when I mentioned the obvious error in the delay. Nice food. Terrible...
