this is my regular takeaway for 10+ years and for so many reasons the food tastes so good and the lady on the phone is so lovely she's polite and friendly so making my order has always been easy so thank you. out of all the takeaways in hasting and ive tried alot phoniex Gardens has always been the best by far. delivery time has always been early or on time never late and my food has always came hot ive never had a missing item or anythink wrong and i order several times from here every month. they even cater to my different likes and dislike. my food addiction was plain crispy noodles and black bean sauce now its there beautifully cooked aromatic duck and there salt and chilli squid. We ordered our meal and it came just after the time given,we were missing one item,and when I rang to let them know the lady was very apologetic and agreed to give it to us free for our next order.Our food was hot however the sweet and sour king prawn balls in batter were soft not crispy and a bit burnt,the chicken curry was a bit watery but the rest of our order was really nice,though the chow main was cut up into small pieces as if a child was going to eat it.I would try this take away again and hopefully the few problems we had won't...

Sadly, this was the worst takeaway we’ve had in a long time. The food didn’t taste freshly cooked — it seemed reheated. The special fried rice was lumpy, more like plain boiled rice, and the chicken satay was dry and unappetising.
