Ordered online and paid cash Ordered their deal large pizza deal (pizza, 2 sides and a drink) Delivered in given time Delivery driver friendly When opening the pizza found it to have "half a dead cow" on it after ordering a veggie supreme. Called the Waterlooville store to complain and spoke to a lady first and said I had a complaint to make and who should I speak with and she said she would deal with it. After voicing my complaint of ordering a veggie pizza and then receiving a meat loaded pizza with the incorrect crust, she informed me that she would get another one made and out to us asap. I said that how long would that take and she said 30 mins. I said that i wasn't willing to wait and that there was no apology for getting the order wrong. She said she would pass me on to her manager Dan. I then heard lots of shouting for Dan and he came to the phone. He listened to my complaint and then proceeded to tell me that it wasnt their fault as I had ordered a super supreme as that is what had come thru on their orders, so that's what they made. I informed them on the email confirmation that we had it clearly states a large veggie supreme had been ordered with various adjustments - no meat thou. I stated that I could provide the email with the order, but Dan didn't seem interested. I then stated I wasn't happy to wait 30 mins for a replacement and that I wanted a refund, he said he would pass me over to his higher management to process this for me. So I wait and then on comes the line Adrian (which I later find out is not her name and she has given me a different name that no one uses at work š¤) she then proceeds to tell me "don't be rude" like I am some petulant child who has done wrong, when I haven't been aggressive or used foul language. She then tells me again to "don't be rude" which I then ask how am I, for which she doesn't answer and says because I have paid over the website I need to contact another number. I say well you have my order and you should see that I paid cash to the driver. Oh yes well I need to take your name and number and contact our franchise manager to authorise the refund. In the meantime of my phone cutting out due to out bad signal, I then call back to find out that I can have a refund of Ā£12 as I can't have a full refund of Ā£19.99 as they delivered the sides as they should have been. I would be very wary of ordering from this store and if you do check your order before the delivery driver leaves your doorstep, you don't want to end up with "half a dead cow" especially if you don't want...

Used it a few weeks later, missing yet another pizza and we couldn't phone them (having rung them over 30 times), ending in us having to go down and use the credit. Recieved £30 credit for the troubles, trying to use it today having rung the place over 40 times and no answer. They will screw up your order, 'compensate' you but good luck ringing through to actually use it. Would love to speak to the manager or a higher-up as at times it feels like they are taking the mick, over 80 phone calls and not one answered. Read other reviews concerning the aforementioned hut and read alot about 'incapable' and 'amateur' staff and it would seem these reviews don't lie. But, the manager dealt professionally and fairly with the customer and despite being called a variety of colourful names, remained nothing but respectful in return.
Iāve never had a problem with my order, but even if I did, I can guarantee it wouldnāt be due to the incompetency of the staff. Every time Iāve gone for a pickup theyāve been the kind of people to ask about your day and make an effort to ensure that they leave a lasting impression, even if it is just a quick transaction. Pizza is always hot and they keep on top of the order progress in the app, what more do you need? Canāt recommend this...
