Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Hertsmere

This is quite genuinely the worst branch of Starbucks I've ever visited, to the point that my family and I will not go there anymore. The place is filthy, consistently, permanently. The place has not had a deep clean in months on end. The floor, the walls, there are spatterings and grime and crumbs that have been there for years. They don't care as we've mentioned this countless times.

Unless you come in at 6am, you are guaranteed an extensive, unnecessary queue to order and get your drinks. More often than not youre talking 10 minutes to order and another 15 minutes to get your drinks.

They are constantly out of seasonal drinks, syrups, vegan cream. When I used to regularly go in I always expected something missing but when every option I wanted was missing it became ridiculous.

Local residents should boycott this branch giving them no choice but to renovate and give their customers the very basic of what...

This is my second time visiting this location. The first experience was terrible - an iced coffee drink was served lukewarm and incredibly milky. Thought to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again…big mistake.

Ordered an iced caramel latte - received iced caramel milk with no hint of coffee. My wife asked about their seasonal drinks to which the barista looked like a deer in headlights. After giving us our drinks, the barista proceeded to sit on the counter. The same one where your food and drinks are prepared. Seems like basic hygiene and etiquette are not things the management teaches.

Looking at all the other reviews, it’s clear that the staff are clueless on how to make even the most basic of drinks.

I will not be returning to this Starbucks as I’m sure a lot of the other reviewers won’t be. If you want to retain customers, either the staff need to be trained properly or replaced with more...

They don't care that pple might suffer from intolerance / allergy to cows milk hence why I ordered OAT milk or an alternative milk.... They don't listen and always make the wrong drink then catch an attitude when this pointed out... I ordered a ice caramel macchiato with oat milk and received said drink with cow's milk and hazelnut syrup that I never ordered or wanted. To top things off they are so slow and have to wait an average 10-15 mins for a drink. Most of the time the drink consistency is wrong and doesn't taste like what it is supposed to also doesnt seem like staff has much training in making these drinks paying £4.50 for a drink that doesn't taste like it should has the coffee in has always less than what it should be and the rude incompetent staff ain't it... The costa a lil further in is way better and where I have been...
