I was on my way home from work. On bike, after 10 pm. And somehow I've lost my bottle with water. As i was half way through to get hoke i became bit thirsty and though I'll pop in and buy a pont of tap water.

Lad serving me there offered ice and slice of lime and was just sucha great person. And so helpful. And didn't charge me at all. Didn't want any money!

Thwnk you! I'll be back and if i see that fella over there ill buy him a pint of his favourite larger /ale or whatever he's drinking. As a thank you.

I love this place. The landlord and the regular patrons are salt of the earth wonderful good people and loads of fun. I walked in alone not knowing a soul and within minutes made friends with the entire staff and customers it’s now my go to place the next 2 months of my stay. If you want an authentic small town down to earth pub experience then I highly suggest it. Great conversation and warm hearted funny people. The White Hart will always have a place in my heart.
