Indian Fusion — Restaurant in Hinckley and Bosworth

Ordered a takeaway from here this evening the food came exceptionally quick. I would say within 15 minutes which was Slightly surprising and initially made me question how fresh the food was. On a whole, the food was terrible, in fact we ended up throwing Away 90% of it. the onion barges appeared To have been triple fried or reheated several times they were rock solid and inedible. The vegetable doopiaza had no vegetables in fact it was 90% onion lacks salt and spice. Butter chicken was laden Coconut milk and water and the breads were dry and stale. I will most certainly not be ordering from this restaurant again

Many thanks for replying back. I have since contacted your restaurant three times since your reply. To be approached by your staff with a very rude manner. I appreciate they may not know who left the review so i asked to speak to the manager and the staff were rather rude and abrupt saying "what is it that you actually want" "what are you going on about" - one member of staff said well you should have complained straight away and i informed them i had a takeaway and left my review immediately - but it was only responded to recently by the owner of the restaurant. They proceeded to say they didn't know what I wanted and said they couldn't help me. I have left my contact details with your staff - though I am not now expecting a call back. My experience here has left me disheartened and whilst I was willing to give the restaurant another chance - I am not...

A Very honest review with out any real bias..

Firstly, the Poppadoms were clearly from last night. Quite stale.. the most disappointing part..

When you use cheaper ingredients thats fine but if you feel the need to water down the mango chutney then there's a problem and buy the really value mint sauce which barely tasted of anything really..

Chicken tikka was just a mass of watery oil, I had to drain it off my woman's plate before serving. Clearly from the cheap tomato base that was added in. But was still quite tasty once the soup was drained off the plate.

The chilli paneer wasn't paneer it was lamb..

But the mushroom rice and the King prawn dansak was ok. Using frozen mushrooms which were quite rubbery.. but not the end of the world..

The nann was probably the best thing out of the lot..

Over all a bit shody.. obviously using really cheap ingredients and you can clearly see it in the food as a customer.. ...

I ordered via the just eat app, 20 mins after the stated delivery time I rang to chase. I was told that the driver was on his way, another 20mins still no sign of the food. I rang back and was told they spoke to the driver and he was 5mins away 20 mins later still no food. Rang back and they said he was just down the road, I was the second of his 2 deliveries 5mins later food arrived, no apology from the driver he just gave it me and walked off. I checked the food and it was tepid at the best. I rang back and the person that answered apologies for the lateness and offered me a discount if I ordered from them again. I warmed up the food and found it to be very nice.

I rang this weekend to place another order as I did enjoy the food but they refused to acknowledge the late delivery of the last order and refused the promised discount.

Overall nice food but shocking...
