Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Huntingdonshire

Had queued at the kiosk as thr actual cafe was busy. The queue took an age to go down then when i was next the girl at the counter told me to go inside because the person in front had ordered 7 drinks; i explained that there were more than 7 people in the queue inside so id just wait, her response 'whatever, it's gonna take me ages though' was just rude. She then proceeded to make each drink (7 small takeaway cappuccinos) separately whilst chatting to another member of costa staff who was just stood at the end of the kiosk not doing anything. The coffee is quite good but the place is alwsys very busy especially at weekends and school holidays and they only hsve one member of staff msking coffee whilst trying to train a junior ! The queues are ridiculous and that one member of staff is rushed off her feet - even though the store boasts 2 machines !”why on earth can they not use both machines snd employ another member of staff which would reduce the waiting time and queues and yiu could serve double the amount of people ! Flies were crawling over all the cakes. Dirty cups and cutlery were left on the side behind the counter. The preparation area obviously hadn't been cleaned for a while and was littered with crumbs, food and drink spills.
