El Mex Burrito Bar (Peterborough) — Restaurant in Huntingdonshire

Thats sad, it was my favourite spot in A1 service, but quality went much down since my last visit. Yesterday As always i ordered a Large salad and two extra toppings!. Usually i got a full tray of goodies and a good amount of guacamole (which cost extra) - and it’s ok. But this time i got a just a bit over a teaspoon of it maybe? , dust of cheese and a funny amount of other stuff. I can basically see a bottom and sides of my tray!!!! !!!!.it’s not okey for the money I paid. Workers ignored my complaint about that amount of food, and started to serve someone else No worries, I will choose another...

Been coming in since summer 2021 and always been pleasantly surprised how friendly staff are. As a vegan our food is always carefully prepared. What i like most is the young man behind the counter. Always joking and making us feel welcomed. Another thing I'll point out is that we haven't been since October yet the man behind remembered our order despite not seeing us for5 months. Used to be a regular here a couple of years ago, thought we’d get it agains. I spent £30 for two people just to get treated rudely by the staff. I asked for a pot of pico de gallo on the side (couldn’t do it on the ordering machines) got told it was an extra charge I said that’s fine but I couldn’t put it through the machine with my order. The server gave me the wrong sauce and then argued with me because apparently I said garlic… when I was coming a couple of years ago she was rude to me then. There’s better options and the food isn’t to die for....
