Chaiiwala — Restaurant in Hyndburn

This is the 4th time happen in last 9 month. They will take the order and after 1 hour they will cancel the order. The whole team of frontier park store are lazy. Every time we go Chaiwala in frontier park we have to come out with bad experiences either the young girls behind the counter will hide in the kitchen or she will be very rude and the cherry on the top is how she through change towards the customer. I don’t understand why they can’t keep the standards up. There is another Chaiwala in Blackburn where they really try to give good service. That’s shows that it’s nothing to do with Chaiwala, it’s the staff management of EG. They should more concentrated on customer service from their members of staff. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go...

I've never been into tea shops as I think their prices are extortionate but I thought I'd see what the hype was about.

Unfortunately like will almost all hyped places they tend to let you down.

The only item which kinda seemed reasonably priced was the pasties.

Got a chicken tikka pasty. Sounds good. But that's about it. Wasn't jumbo packed though it looked good on display. The pastry was OK but there was minimal filling.... like a chicken tikka paste spread on bread... wasn't piping hot either...

Was offered tea for extra £1.85 but not my thing.

Think I'll stick...

Although service was slow and food being made was also slow, i will let it slide as you just opened two days ago, so hopefully will speed up with time as the new employees get used to everything and settle down, the food was very lovely though i gotta say. I will be back whenever i am around blackburn again as it costs me a lot of money to travel there in my very inefficient car haha, only gets 20mpg on motorways :( and even worse in towns , so you will see me sometime in near future. Keep up...
