we read the reviews and were scared but it was pretty good, took over 30 mins to arrive tho. the margarita pizza was the most cheesy and delicious pizza i’ve ever eaten from this establishment, i was pleasantly surprised with the amount of cheese on this bready base. The cheese wrapped itself around the bands of my braces making it very hard to open my mouth, and the smell of the cheese penetrated my nasal tubes, which made me tingle and my heart blossom, after i finished the pizza i felt a sense of fulfilment and a sense of nostalgia, missing the summers day of swimming in the canal with my good pal lucy( she beat me and she drowned lol rip), this cheese pizza is awesome! the chips were good too the popcorn chicken was tasty but could have been crispier the peri peri chicken was exquisite, very filling, very juicy and very saucy. the sauce infiltrated the chips which made me feel queasy in a good way, maybe you should invest in some forks as i had a hard time eating this with my fingers overall would defo come again, and maybe collect to see the beautiful people that are making my order!! we got a free garlic bread, how can i describe...

Ordered through Just Eat and almost a third of the order wasn’t delivered. When phoning to complain had the phone hanged up on us. After 3 hours we were told that if we deleted our negative review on Facebook we’d get the food. It never arrived. After deleting the review. The food that DID arrive was subpar - either undercooked or entirely inedible.

I phoned them to let them know they can’t refuse to send something paid for unless a review was deleted. The law doesn’t work that way. They said they could handle trading standards and didn’t want to spend the night arguing over an order they’d messed up.

Like I said, we never received the food we ordered. We agreed to delete the Facebook review, but nothing about Google, and since the food never arrived I feel like I’m not tied to the agreement made over the phone.

Ordered a mixed grill kebab salad separate, chicken tikka in a tray, pizza base with just cheese and fries. My friend was having the kebab. Generally she isn't a fussy eater but she drew the line with the beef as in her words "It's still walking" my pizza was cold. Now we decided to ring up and let them know. They said they would replace the kebab providing it wasn't eaten, well no it wasn't eaten as the beef was "Still walking" They hung up on us. My friend rang them back again. Myself I was eating my chicken tikka and bit into what felt like rubber automatically stopped and looked at it it was not cooked through was pink and had blood in it. We told the lad on the phone and his response was "I know the chicken was cooked you're taking the p#ss and hung up again. Now in over 20 years of using Zorba i have never complained, but today was just another level, between being hung up on and swore at I have to say I'm extremely disappointed and angry at the response to what was a simple complaint.
