I visit the Woodbridge Road Bella Napoli every Saturday evening. I telephone though an order, and usually it is waiting for me on my arrival. Personally, I am not a great lover of Pizzas and if it were not for Bella Napoli, I would not buy one anywhere else. The food is fantastic, and I can only describe the staff that run the takeaway as professional and friendly and as some of the nicest people I have ever met. It is a pleasure to collect my order. During the pandemic it has become the highlight of the week, enjoying the pizza with a bottle of red wine. In normal times we often book a table and take friends out for an inexpensive evening which includes wine and beer. There is a varied Italian menu, something for everyone. Read moreThis was a pilgrimage to the last of the holy trinity of Bella Napoli restaurants in Ipswich so I knew what I was expecting. 12 inch spicy sausage pizza for £10.99 which is well worth the money. I like everything spicy so was given some spicy kebab sauce and chilli olive oil. The chilli sludge at the bottom of the olive oil was excellent. Spicy enough when it caught the back of my throat I couldn't speak for a while. The restaurant ambience compared to the two Bella Napoli restaurants in town was a bit dull but everything was clean and the staff lovely. Tried to explain it to the man but he wasn’t caring nor wanted to explain his reasoning. At least tell us nicely without having to yell at us in front of others. It was just awkward for everyone, we were left confused and awkward, the customers were left shocked and awkward and the other staffs were left shocked and awkward.
