One of the best pubs I know in Ipswich. What is so lovley about it? First of all it has a great summer garden with many tables, an open grill and a wonderful cherry tree. Second of all a good range of real ales and lagers. Many places have a good range of drinks but few have such a beautiful garden. Firstly the beer is top notch and served by staff passionate about it. Talk to the staff, they are very knowledgeable and will make suggestions if you ask about what beer to have next and offer samples. The garden is large, comfy and beautifully manicured.
