Greggs — Restaurant in Ipswich

We were greeted by a friendly helpful staff member. There was a really good selection and range of food and drinks, including healthy options, all packed into a small store without it feeling cramped. The Greggs rewards scheme using the mobile app is awesome! I tried the hot chocolate for the first and it was good!!!! I had a free introductory app voucher for a fairtrade hot drink so the hot chocolate was free for me! I also had an app voucher for a free bottle of Ribena which I gave to my daughter. I paid for 2 cakes and 2 hot drinks and it only cost me £4! I love that Gregg's serve fairtrade hot drinks, support community charities and have some special dietary needs foods that I can enjoy. Ordered 14 platters and donuts from greggs felixstowe rd for a 40th birthday party. The staff were wonderful helping us decide what we wanted. On the day we had to pick them up, they were all ready and presented nicely great value and a total weight taken off us ! The staff also helped me to carry all the bags to the car. Very lovely.
